Free Image Hosting at www.ImageShack.us nice pea gravel concrete. behind this pic (wall to back) houses water softner, active system with salt, sump pump area (plumbed for bathroom but never installed, plumbed for central vac, never installed - no water on basement means we don't have to hastle with a sumppump. the gas furnace is 90% effecient, (almost best on market) and is from 1990 - 4 years after house was built. AC is out this pic just to the left. it work. cenral register on full ac was about 54 degrees.

i talked to the inspector about burning the shingles.
he said IF they were treated, it's long gone and probabaly safe.
