goodwill. asking $10. i ask to look at the peices and the main stick of carbon fiber is broken. i offer them $5. they talk themselves down to $2. explain that.
a bic pen and coat hanger with thin wire to 'pull' the main rod together fix the problem.
oh yeah, and it glides too. i've yet to find it sold on the internet, but the label lists www.xkites.com as the manufacture and that is the ONLY mention. no company address.

nice find! if you tie a string to it, can it double as a kite? I see they have your favorite hippy colors. have you thrown it off the balcony yet? how far will it go?
i doubt it'll double as a kite.
i've thrown it over 60 ft, but i'm still trying to be careful with it 'cuz i'm trying to understand it before i snap another part of the carbon fiber.
once i got it trimmed it went from 'dart to the ground' to kinda fluttery. very impressive.
